This morning there was some running around so couldn't go per plan of working out soon after I woke up. Woke up early, wasn't easy, I mean see the meme, the struggle is real 🙄
Workouts: A 5/5 lower body workout was waiting for me, which I managed pre lunch! There was a 16 min HIIT EC and I reaaally wanted to go for it but didn't have time in the middle of a working day. Kinda feel bad about that. Then I reminded myself that Nov last year, 2 months ago it was difficult for me to even complete a main workout and now I have some steam left despite 5/5. That cheered me up just a tad! 🙂
Anyways, I am battling the M word -ha, not Monday, but migraine 😶 technically left eye is shut since last evening..
So quickly over to you now, tell me all about your day! I am all ears 😊
