First of all, has anyone a better idea how to call this thread. I’m not very creative in this regard. Would love to get some suggestions.
I had a strange day food vise yesterday. There was a lot of yummy food around and I normally tend to eat when I have the opportunity in the right setting but at the end of the day, I realized I didn’t. Yes, I ate some of the sweet food but not in anyway excessive. Couldn’t really figure out what was different yesterday to other days, where I would have over-indulged.
What about you? How do you handle temptations and opportunities? Are temptations and opportunities the same for you? Can you resist? And if yes, how are you doing it?
