Simple workout routines without a lot of compound movements?

I'm trying to get my friend into FB, but she says she doesn't like having to do too many different moves at once. At least to start out, she wants to try something with simple, basic forms of the exercises (example: squats, lunges, crunches) as opposed to the typical FB variations (example: squat+lift+kick, lunge+press+pull, crunch+twist+bridge). I feel like I have run across routines like that before, but now I can't find them. Any tips? Thank you!
