Daily Check-in: Friday, January 22nd

Happy morning/afternoon/evening to you Blendfriends!

We got ourselves another Friday, the setting of the week. Being we started the week with a morning sky and metaphors, I'm going half circle here and ending the week with a sunset and similes. The end of a week is like a sunset as each is ending and turning over to something new like Coby as your guest host (ghost) for the weekend! So look all the forward to that.

Because isn't it fun to (safely) throw a weight around!? Using momentum the right way makes me feel powerful! Just do watch out for objects all around you such as but not limited to: furry trainers of all shapes and sizes both moving and chilling, chandeliers/overhead lighting, the device you watch your workout on, brothers, housemates, your own body, that wall you could've swore was never there--or that knick knack. But as for glass ceilings, well you can shatter the heaven outta them ;)

You know what I could really use for a Friday? If you guessed pizza you are not wrong. So I look forward to that, but what food could your Friday use? Do share the delicious and (even not so) nutritious! Food is always a welcoming topic to gnaw on.
