So I have a desk job where I have to sit in front of my computer all day and I just CANNOT stay still all day anymore, I have to get up and run around the house various times a day. Also, on days that I don't work out, I'll feel like full of energy and I'll just dance and jump around my boyfriend in the evenings. He has actually said that he'll have to find some human sized rat race thingy for me or he'll have to bring me outside in the park to run around like a dog haha. 😂
I blame fitnessblender for this! 😂 I wasn't like that a few years ago, I used to just be fine spending my evenings on the couch even after sitting all day!
The more I work out, the more energy I have overall and the more I want to move. It's like a reverse vicious cycle!😊
