Good hour to you at your time of reading, FB Fam! How's it mid weeking?
We can make it a little brighter today with a long over due #WildflowerWednesday, yeah? ..I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this Climbing Aster vine twirling it's way around branches. These are one of the few winter bloomers around here which helps having a little nectar and pollen around for our fluttering friends and bees.
I'm not sore from yesterday so I think this HIIT will be just the ticket. Besides, any workout can be modified to suit your needs on the daily, so whatever activity you choose, modify to always make it doable for you!
And what food will be doable today? I had grilled chicken and sweet potatoes for dinner yesterday, so my doably (questionable real world here) edible dinner might be those sandwiches today with leftover chicken.
