A bit of dreary weather outside, Sunshine promised in time for the inauguration. Always a big deal here in DC area.
My internal body alarm clock went off at 4:30 am, so my workouts were completed by 6:30. Are 11am naps ok? Just asking....
My way too early workouts started with a short HIIT to rev up. It was 18 minutes with Daniel and included low impact and ended with a good long stretch.
