So based on the advice that I got in a previous post, I decided to do one week where I didn't count calories all the time and instead just ate if I was hungry. I was still doing my FB workouts 5 times per week.
And I ended up gaining 3 pounds.
I can't keep doing this. I can't keep staying at a plateau and having zero progress in my weight loss. I can't keep hearing my mom complain that it looks like I've gained more weight.
I have been tracking my calories in my Fitbit, and I have it set to a 500 calorie per day deficit, but apparently, I need to up that to like 1000 calories. Either that or I need to take my mom's advice and do cardio until I throw up. Because all the strength training I've been doing in the videos has done nothing to make me lose weight as far as I can tell.
