So I'm in the middle of FB Burn right now and I really like the combo of strength and cardio, but I'm looking to purchase a new program that is heavier on the strength training with some HIIT cardio days peppered in. I would like to have a program that's around 3 days of strength training / 2 days HIIT cardio. What would you recommend?
