In the “more” category, we’re very proud of the new “Expert” category we recently added to the “Healthy Living” page of the website.
We’ve had some of these articles for quite some time, but we’re ramping up the cadence of Expert content we’re putting out in 2021. We really want to be able to provide as much reliable health and fitness information as we can, and bringing in some additional expert (yet accessible) content from physical therapists, registered dietitians, mental health professionals, recipe developers, etc. is part of what we’re most excited about for 2021.
So, if you haven’t already, take a look at some of these great articles we’ve released recently. This expansion of content (with more coming!) is made possible through the sale of Workout Programs, Meal Plans, and FB Plus subscriptions. For those of you who can, and do, support Fitness Blender in this way, know that you’re helping us grow our small company.
We truly appreciate all of our FB family and are so glad that you’ve chosen to work out (and read about fitness, health, and nutrition) with us.
Here are a few of the recent articles we’ve published. And pay close attention to the comment section of each article, as we’re also committed to providing more interaction here from our experts, who will be available to answer questions, provide feedback, and take note of topics you’d like covered going forward.
