How is it Sunday already, I mean wasn't it like Friday evening just a blink ago? 🧐
Anyways since my butt was plastered to the chair the whole of yesterday, beyond midnight as well, I felt I needed to reaaallly move this morning. Thanks to lil fur baby's feeding time, I woke up not so late.
So I did about 12 mins of HIIT (low impact) and about 25 mins of yoga. Man it felt good. HIIT made me feel awesome after a whole static day, and yoga set the tone of being relaxed mentally (maybe way too much, I mean see the GIF 😆) So far I did 2 sessions of yoga this last week, not bad ha! 😏
I plan to finish most of work by afternoon and chill in the evening, that way I'll be ready for the heavy week to come! So tell me what are your plans and activities for today? And what's on the menu? Anything nice, like chocolates or cakes? 😊
