Today I really struggled to get my workout in. I made a commitment Jan. 1st to myself to get in better shape, but when I face lack of motivation, I feel I don't put as much effort into my workouts.
Afterwards, I am proud of myself for getting the workout complete, but then I am hard on myself think that I could have put more effort in. It's a struggle!
