I love fb strong I've repeated it 4 times now rotating it between other programs like fb abs, sweat,burn and fb fit, at this point I think I'm mostly maintaining my weight and shape but id like to get even leaner and stronger should I repeat strong more frequently or try mass? Thanks for any advice!
