2nd workout of the week complete

Hey fbf. How’s everyone doing? Today’s workout was butt and abs totaling 35 mins. Whew chile lol talk about glad die to be done with a workout lol it had its challenging moments but I pushed through it. Before beginning the workout I was feeling very sluggish and sleepy but I forced myself to exercise and now I have energy lol. I’m currently doing a 25 day workout program and still doing fb workouts on my active rest days. Wish me luck as I continue on my journey 💪🏾
