Baby Boy due in March already working out!

So I’m 8 months pregnant and work out everyday to stay loose from the pregnancy pain. It could be just a walk, some cardio, strength, stretching or even HIIT. I do what I can to stay active and keep the uncomfortableness at bay. With me being active I’ve noticed my baby boy is just as active as me. He moves so much and seems to get stronger everyday!

Yesterday was day 15 of FB30rd4 which was a HIIT and strength workout. I obviously had to modify a lot but I got through it. I noticed as I was relaxing last night that baby boy was moving in a pattern... it almost seemed like it was the HIIT format! It was around 20 secs on 10sec rest for him. I was cracking up and mentioned to my husband that baby boys must really like the HIIT workouts cause he’s repeating me with the timing. He too felt the pattern in my stomach. I guess we are starting out pretty young with keeping active! So even in the womb, FB is making a difference with my family!💪🏻

I’m so thankful to have FB in my life. It’s kept me sane in a stressful time and gave me the foundation to be able to workout safely while pregnant. So K&D thank you so much for all you do and continue to provide on your website. I’m looking forward to finishing out my pregnancy strong and easing back into it once allowed. ❤️😊
