This new 4 Week Program is customizable; each day you get to choose between Beginner/Intermediate workouts and Advanced workouts. This gives you flexibility in the intensity of your workouts, the length of your workouts, and exactly what kind of training type you would like to focus on each day. You can move seamlessly back and forth between the different options, choosing the training that works best for your body and scheduling needs—in real time! FB Complete is really several programs rolled into one, and you can do it multiple times through with a different experience each time.
Some of you might choose to do only the Beginner/Intermediate options, while others may opt for only the Advanced workouts, but we highly encourage you to listen to your body as you move through this program. No matter what level of fitness you consider yourself, give honest consideration to your needs and the way your body feels, before picking a workout each day.
There is an emphasis on strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), Pilates, cardio intervals, and stretching. However, because you get to choose your own workout each day, you can actually tailor whether this challenge is more focused on strength, HIIT, or Pilates. As the weeks of the challenge progress, you will have increasingly advanced workouts to choose from (though Beginner/Intermediate workouts are also provided all the way through). Listen to your body and choose what works for you!

On a personal note, we're starting into this new program, either today or tomorrow (my vote is for starting today but Daniel is calling out "tomorrow, we'll start tomorrow!" from across the room 😆). I will do a combo of the Beginner/Intermediate and Advanced workouts, depending on how I'm feeling from day to day. Because of our work and film schedule, our goal is to finish this 4 Week FB Complete Program in under 6-7 weeks. Just like we always say; you can work through these programs at whatever pace you like!
