Focusing on my health as a whole...

...and I would love to have the support of the community! I have been a FB member for YEARS and was very seriously getting healthy several years ago. I had lost nearly 50 lbs in ~3 months just from completing various FB workouts and eating differently. I felt the best I had in years! But then life happened and I lost my motivation.

Now I've made the commitment to myself, for myself, this year :) I started the 4 week FB Bodyweight Only Fat Loss Program and I finished day 2 today. I'd love to hear any comments or suggestions, or just receive positive vibes! Sending healthy and motivational vibes to you all!
