I started at 239 lbs roughly, and I've gotten down to 229. Which is great. However, the last three weeks I've stayed at the same weight despite counting calories (with the exception of Saturdays when I don't count them, but I also don't overeat or anything), and following my Fitness Blender programs, and exercising 5 days a week. The only thing I have trouble doing is the clean eating that Daniel and Kelli say to do, because I have Crohn's and I can't have a lot of fruits and vegetables because of the fiber (I have an ileostomy and it would just make me be in the bathroom more). But I'm also not eating junk.
Can anyone tell me anything else I can try? I'm about ready to give up and accept that I can't get any lower.
