Hello everyone! Wednesday is upon us and the day also makes it New Years Eve Eve. Eve squared. Or New Years Adam? Is that a thing? Let's make it one!
Got a random leaf photo for you today. Just a brown crispy grape leaf hanging way out there on a literal limb and ready to fall at the same time. It's kinda of an end year mood.
So what workouts or rest are you feeling like today? Will it be sweaty satisfaction or some stretching relaxation? Or some lovely level in between? Think I'm going to do some kickboxing! Got to fit in a few more punches for 2020. And it feels good to give my stresses a good smackdown. I love the jump rope intervals in between the HIIT! It's like an advanced form of rest. I also went a little crazy on that HIIT, one example being that I did the full version of thigh slap jumps. Not sure where I dug my energy from, but I impressed myself! So that's where I'm at. Lower body a bit sore, the upper ready to punch invisible monsters, and happy of the fitness gains I've made this year. I hope your movement feels good today! As long as there's no real bad kind of pain, push yourself a little and a little bit more! You can always be surprised at what you're capable of.
As far as eating goes, I think it will be leftovers. I made a lot of that ham and bean soup, but it's really good to the point that I'm happy about this. Healthy. Fast. Delicious. What's not to like? But what are you having today?
