Hi everyone! This is my first post on the FB community, my name is Abby =D I've been doing these workouts for years on youtube and about 3 years ago started using their website more for their WO programs. I love Daniel and Kelly!
I have a problem though. I have problems with both my wrists and ankles. They get dislocated very easily and my wrists in particular can lock on me if I put too much weight on them. I'm used to popping them back in and it doesn't hurt much LOL I'm only 24 but I inherited these problems from my mom's side of the fam. Anyway, the issue here is when I would choose my own workouts, I would skip them if I saw a lot of pushups/floor tricep dips/plank get ups or anything else that required me to put my full weight on my wrists. Now that I use their programs, I can't/don't want to skip these moves! Does anyone have any suggestions on alternatives or how to help weak wrists with these workout moves? Or maybe a program that doesn't have too many of those moves? Thanks so much in advance!
Weak wrists/ankles anyone?
