Anyway, how are you on this questionably fine morning/afternoon/evening? Ready (or not) for a workout? If you are, what are you doing? ..For me, this workout week is all playing it by ear. No schedules telling me what to do! Except schedules are so nice. And convenient. And no matter what's on the schedule, we can modify or substitute. They're beautiful little guidelines that can really take the guess work out of which workout do I do. All that said, I think I'm going to find some good HIIT to do. Whats about you?
And to your meals, same question. I have some collard greens to use up to go with that ham and bean soup I made last night in the pressure cooker, but did not eat. I got hungry waiting and had a sandwich instead. Good news is that dinner is pretty much done!
And before I forget, Tuesday also comes with a picture; as all the days usually do. Today looking a little like a Tangled Tuesday from the odd angle of Common Thistle leaves. This one being frosty which somehow makes look pretty menacing. Well, actually it is pretty menacing on its own--Those spiky thorns can pack a poke!
So maybe I'm loosely getting at the hopes that your day isn't so spiky tangly cold, but more so beautiful like this plant.
So yeah, 🎶Thistle while you work it🎶 That's a stretch. It's a good thing we practice flexibility around here.
