And what kind of Tuesday will this be for you? Active or restful, busy or quiet, a work day or a vacation day? For me, it will be a busy day at the office, and an active day as I am almost finished with Blend. Just wish my day hadn’t started at 3am...

As the end of the year is upon us, do you find yourself reflecting on the year that is ending? And/or do you make plans for the new year to come? I tend to do both, looking back to learn from what was, and looking forward to what will be. I am setting short and long-term goals for 2021, starting with my FB calendar. My January goal is to get in 800 minutes of physical activity. And a long-term goal is to complete 1 1000-calorie workout each month. Have you set any specific goals for the New Year?

And where I’m going is back to sleep for a couple of hours (I hope!).
