Suggestions for the next program and a progress pic.
I’m on my 2nd week of FBStrong and I’m already thinking of the next program. Before this I was doing my own individual schedule, but with the program I feel that it is more of a challenge, and that it is more effective. I’m enjoying this program, but in the mean time I’m thinking of what I would like to do next.
Any suggestions?
What programs seem to be fun and more challenging?
What exactly are you looking forward when choosing your next program?
I was leaning more towards either Fbsweat, fit, mass? What do you guys think of the not easily bored?
