It’s Christmas Eve for those of us that celebrate, and I’m sitting here feeling good. I am so thankful for all that I have, including this community! I am excited for my plans with my family. We are making tamales today (a tradition in my family.) I made the meat filling yesterday but kind of messed it up (oops!) hopefully everyone will still like it. I’m finishing Strong today and looking forward to a rest day and delicious, indulgent food tomorrow. Have a good day everyone!
