Daily Check-in: Thursday, December 24th

'Twas the check-in before Christmas, when all through the Community,

Some Blenders were moving; some feeling quite snoozy.

From lifting to HIITing to pilates, kickboxing and more;

FB makes sure to keep us quite sore

With Daniel to remind us, "Keep those lungs open" and Kelli says, "Breathe"

Through sweat and stretch, there's so much we can achieve

Our Furry Trainers right there on our mats;

We cherrish their company: all kinds from hamsters to cats

At the end, feeling so good to earn a #WorkoutComplete--

As we have visions of all real food things to eat.

Off to refuel, into the kitchen we go!

Hoping no bears show, like that one time outside Kim's window.

Oh yes, the wild life have to eat something too--

The berries in the photo will make do

It's from a Dahoon Holly, that's what I said,

A feast for your eyes; festively so green and red;

Note for the weekend, I need a ripe volunteer;

Doesn't matter who--we want to see you here!

But for today, thank you for sharing;

It's lovely to read how everyone's fairing

Through bad times and good, your words most welcome

This place, always here to help someone
