Welcome to, as I like to call it, Christmas Eve Eve (aka squared) ..Because it's the day before day of Christmas and that means it's pretty much any other day here where we talk about workouts and food; just a few of my favorite things.
So let's start with none of that and begin with a picture. A picture that shows blueberry leaves all red and a cute blue sky and greenery in the background. And part of a nice grey branch at the bottom that holds the blueberry plant all together!
My picture has no point. It just serves as a color splash to your eyes. Like christmas lights. Kinda.
But workouts surely have points, do they not? They help us feel good and get us stronger every day. So what workout are you doing to help accomplish your goals? It's core and cardio and I'm feeling excited for it! The EC is a Bored Easily HIIT that almost feels like dancing there's so many different moves in there! But let's here it for your workout or rest completes!
And naturally--to the food from breakfast and beyond! I love eggs for breakfast. But they also work for dinner too! So I think I'm going to put together a healthy fried rice and soak up all that be nutrish and delish! What abouts you?
