Hey fbf! 3rd workout of the day week complete. I count Sunday as the beginning of the week which is why I say 3rd one down. Today was a thigh and ab workout. It was a slight struggle but I made it through 💪🏾modifying a couple of the exercises to make it easier for me. Let’s hope I make it through the rest of the week lol
