How are we doing, Blendfriends? All the stuff and things surely await to be done, but first we must share some of what your day holds or has held right here!
Such as a workout or rest you might be doing and bonus points enjoying today? I'm in the second week of the BE challenge and very much enjoying it so far; today being no exception with a focus on the upper body. So what's your workout today? If it's not shared, did it really happen? Kinda like did the fallen tree make a sound on the way down if no one was there to hear it? ...You know, not sure what point I'm making with my nonsensical approach to inquire about your activity. Your workout absolutely happens shared or not and you should be most proud showing up for yourself or taking that rest when needed!
And what's happening on the foodie front? I think leftovers are happening and they happen to be spaghetti. What about you? If it's not shared--nevermind; not going there again. Happy eating!
And let's get a little fern faced before we head off into the world, yeah? These ferns are called Resurrection Ferns as they are known for surviving through a severe drought by curling up and looking quite dead and brown, but able to come back with the smallest amount of water. It's also an air plant which means it attaches to other plants and absorbs water and nutrients that collect on the outer surfaces of bark such like its doing on this Eastern Red Cedar.
So clearly this fern is nice and hydrated, your brain is hydrated with a spritz of knowledge, now just drink some water and get officially h2off you go!
Eh, pretty sure that made less sense than the fallen tree thing.
