Workout room #complete / lockdown blues
The Netherlands finally went into sort of full lockdown (all non-essential shops and businesses are closed, as are gyms and other sportsfacilities) and I have not been dealing with it like I normally do. I am an optimistic person, but I had been feeling quite low last week. We can still visit people (2 adult max), so we had some people over on saturday and that made me feel much better...
I have been staying active, because the old saying "mens sana in corpore sano" ("a healthy mind in a healthy body") is true.. Working out on my new floor has been a joy. (Check out what is special about it here: https://www.fitnessblender.com/community/discussion/23470/workout-room-upgrade)
Today I put all the books back on the shelves and put my weights back together. I am doing Reach but felt like doing an upper body strength workout, so I did this: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/dynamic-no-repeat-strength-workout-for-the-upper-body
My shoulder is feeling a lot better, so now I can work on getting my strength back..
Hope you are doing okay!!
