Moving House

So after 2 years of being with my partner, we split up so I have been up and down with my foods, eating and not eating and definitely not exercising.

I am finally in my house, it's a slow process to getting everything I need and making it cosey but it will get there.

I do feel very sluggish not having exercising for so long, feels like it has been months to be honest.

I am very much ready to start working out again and benefitting myself and feeling good!

Has anyone had such a long break before due to depression? How long did it take you to get back on track?
