My picture for today is the final looking up photo for the up and down neck stretching I've been theme-ing up this week. The photo also serves as a sequel to yesterday's pic as this is the same puzzled Red Maple that is blooming and dropping leaves at the same time. What you are seeing today are the flowers that are on it. I hate to break it to the tree here that there is going to be a freeze tonight, but hopefully that won't break its spirit and it will just keep blooming on. If we can learn anything from this tree, it's that you just keep on going.
So what workout of choice is your fancy today? Craving some pilates? Maybe some strength of the total, upper or lower kind? Maybe a HIIT to make the lungs scream? Or a stretch to say, "let's chill." ..Well, that's where the Blender in Fitness Blender always delivers!
