As far as pics are going, we are on our second round of looking down; this time the view be the fallen leaves of a Red Maple. This one tree wins the award of being seasonably confused as it is loosing leaves and blooming at the same time. It perfectly captures the weather mood as one week I'm running the air condition, and next I'm throwing on a few layers.
So, confused red maple tree, I get you.😂

Today's workout from the BE challenge is a new dynamic upper body I'm looking forward to trying, followed up with one of my new favorite upper body stretches.
And today's food will more than likely be a hodge podge of leftovers. So it'll be nice and quick!
