Hi and welcome! How is your Wednesday aka Halfway Day going so far? Feels like it's already and only Wednesday to me! But let's get to why we are here, shall we?
Maybe you like to see the pictures? I guess we are getting some neck streches with mine as we are doing the looking up and down thing in ABAB pattern. Today's blue sky is very blue and the contrasting guest star is a Crape Myrtle that has donned its winter fashion. Sometimes this is my workout view when I lay on the mat and look up. And after a cool down, it's nice to just stop and stare. What's your view? I get a lot of the answers might be the ceiling🙈 ..but there are all kinds of ceilings right? You might even have a fan.
Eh, okay, so on that workout note and mention, what will that be or has been for you? I've got day 3 of BE and it is cardio and some core work! I like working out all body areas, but I think I enjoy core days just a little more, especially if it is combined with HIIT. Now as always, I hope you enjoy your workout, but if you happen to be on working out the parts you don't like as much, just think how much more useable you are making those parts! I'm making sense here right? Moving on!
To food!!! We need all that real food to help us get stronger and be healthy. So how's that menu looking? I think I'm going with a sweet potato chili. Which involves a chili where I put on top of a sweet potato. Or I mash the sweet potato into the chili. Either way, it's good food. What's yours?
