Daily Check-in: Tuesday, December 15th

Tuesdays greetings, everybody! How are you fairing today?

I'm a little tired, but otherwise doing okay. I hope you are on the okay side, but if you're not, that's okay too. Every day is different and some have us feeling more okay than others.. And given there's things like a pandemic running around to make life more challenging and stressful, it's all the more understandable why sunshine and rainbows can be in short supply. But also why we are more than that here and can help support one another. This check-in is always open for you, through good and not so good times.

Now since we did our fair share of looking up yesterday, we shall keep it balanced today and look down--still being quite literal here. My looking down happened to involve a cat trying to crawl up my leg. My FT Ca does this when he wants to be cuddled. He will pretty much follow me around, talk to me, and attempt to crawl up until I oblige and he is snuggled up high, nuzzling my face, and purring like the most content of kitties. But ask him who these hugs are for and he will say most definitely for the humans. He knows we need them. So if you need a hugger, FT Calcium is here for you.

Okay, so after a kitty has given us a warm up in our hearts, are you ready to workout? Have you already done some smart and/or challenging movements for yourself? ..Day 2 of the BE Challenge for me and it's an upper body that I've done 4 times this year. Bored easily isn't my most preferred style of upper body training, but these usually come with changing up the moves just a little, like holding palms in or out, so those muscles can get worked a dash differently. So really another example of varied training. I hope you enjoy whatever workout or rest you are going for today!

And what food will be enjoyed? I might be going for something with ground beef and that is as far as I got. Throw out a common food noun and build from there. Maybe you've got something more specific or an adjective to add on to your meals.😂

Alright, it's time for me to get on out of here and do something about the busy day. I hope that you; yes you that is reading--from a lurker to the common and intermittent commenters--have a great day.. And if not, well that just has to be okay.
