How is everything with you today on this questionably fine Monday morning/afternoon/evening? Did the weekend recharge and refresh or do the days continue to kinda sew together into a patch work quilt of some sorts? Either way, thanks to Lea for wonderful guest hosting the weekend!
Now we have a check-in to get to, so let's do the looking up thing, possibly metaphorical, but here I'm being literal with the picture for today. This time a morning blue sky with brown chestnut leaves and twigs to off set the sky. And let's throw a moon shot in there because, why not?
And maybe you have a workout today? Tell us how that is going for you; be it skipping one or skipping rope. From the lifting to HIITing or the streching--FB seems to really have it all for us! ..I have a couple Plus challenges to catch up on, so today I'm starting the Bored Easily one. Looking forward to day one which is a dynamic lower body workout. Haven't tried it before so I'm excited! Good luck on your workouts today and great job for some of you that did a 1k workout over the weekend! Really great job just showing up and getting active! That's always something to be proud of!
And we can't have that classic check-in without mention of food! So Blenders, dish it to me! What are you eating up today? I think I'm back to sandwiches, but I also have a cinnamon roll/bread baking/craving that I pretty much have to satisfy, lol. I might just do that.

I don't have any real super motivating words for Monday--I'm sure coffee or some caffiented product could help with that. ..I'll just throw out the hopes for a good week, be strong to handle the challenges that come your way, and try your best in what you are trying for!
