Hey there again lovely blenderbuddies! How is the day going for you? Or is your day nearly finished? What did/does your Sunday entail? Prepping for the week? Foodwise prepping? Workoutwise prepping? Mentally prepping for another workweek? Or are you maybe even getting ready for Christmas? Do you celebrate Christmas or another feast around this time of the year? Let’s hear it: your plans or your activities today, your festive or not so festive mood.
Basically my day was the same as yesterday: pulling, lopping, sawing and dragging pine saplings and pine trees. We were working on the other side of the path to yesterday and weatherwise it was basically pretty awful: rain and storm, dark and dull! Mind you we got a fair bit done, maybe not quite as much as yesterday, but all in all it was a good “workout“ again! So are/were you resting? Or working out? What is/was on your calendar today? Are/were you up for it or are/were you like “nah, this one is not going to happen today!” Anything goes, right?! Whatever you and your body want for today is good!
Foodwise: yay, jacket potatoes on the bonfire for lunch again! And vegan mince pies that the ranger had made herself as a treat for us. They were yummy! And...I got hubby to cook for me again tonight! What’s better than that? I heard beef satay... what about you? Did/do you make lots of effort for your food today or were/are you like: “nah, don’t much fancy doing elaborate cooking today”! (Which is usually what I ferl like...🙈)! Anyway: show me your today’s menu, it might inspire me or others, who knows?
Photo: is from yesterday when the sun came out. The smoke from the fire made it look orange and appear quite eerie, I think. BTW in the replies: the before/after pic of yesterday’s work. We got a similar amount done today, but I forgot to take my phone! Any nice pics you want to share? Looking forward to all your replies!
