Hope you all had a great week. We're super exhausted from the week its been busy again but so happy we managed to get most of our workouts completed. Today we were catching up on our missed workouts. We were 2 days behind but shifted our workouts to start again from today. 😁
What motivates us to get back to our workouts is scheduling them in like we would any other meeting or appointment for more accountability. We also don't talk negatively or put ourselves down for missing a day or two. Its about getting back to it and keep going.
Progress picture 💪🏾 just because we haven't done one in a while. We are both happy where we are and have gained the strength we wanted. Now we find that we don't need to lift heavy instead we now lift lighter to "tone" and mix in with cardio. Even though we are lifting lighter it still feels so challenging with more reps and faster speed and our own bodyweight!
