How is this amazing community of wonderful people? 😊 Today is friday!!! πŸ’ƒπŸ»πŸ•ΊπŸ» Another week is already ending and another weekend is just about to start! And, remember that everyone is always welcome here!

I chose this one because I think it is a great one for a friday! πŸ˜… But, also, to remind ourselves that is always important to be ourselves, to feel and do as we please and to enjoy what we like! We should not worry about what others think or compare ourselves to others πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ We should always be our unique fabulous selves!

Now, to workouts! I am currently doing the Kickboxing Challenge! It is day 2 for me and there are two options: a total body BE strenght workout or a lower body pilates workout, both with the lovely Kelli! πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ I am doing the strenght workout but I might do the lower body pilates too and add a short upper body routine as a couple of extra credit burnouts! πŸ’ͺ🏼 Let's see!

Besides that, we might go for a walk after lunch tooπŸšΆπŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸšΆπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸŒž Lately, days have been very sunny here, a bit of rain now and then, but mostly a shinny sun and a warm weather! So, we are taking advantage of that!

What about you? Are you resting or exercising today? Remember that both things are very important for your body! Just a little reminder for anyone that needs to hear that you should never feel guilty about taking extra rest days, or taking time off from working out, or anything like that! πŸ˜€
