How goes the Friday? We made it another week so that's a little something, yeah? Whether you crawled or sailed your way through the week, you are here! ..But instead of handing out gold stars as an accomplishment, I will give you a frosty fallen heart shaped grape leaf. Because gold stars are too ordinary and I don't have any of those lying around. So, like how K&D teach us, I modify. So enjoy your frosted fallen grape leaf. You earned it.
And speaking of modifying, let's naturally transition right into workouts and how you will possibly be modifying them today. I'm close to ending the Fundamentals challenge and it has been really great! This challenge is awesome for beginners, awesome if you're easing back into workouts, awesome if you're taking a break from the heavy stuff, but still want to do something. Awesome to tack on to other programs or challenges. Awesome to help build a habit of showing up to the mat. Awesome for building a base to work up to something harder. Really, just awesome all around! So I'm glad to have tried this because there are really so many ways to use this challenge! ..Anyway, let's here it for whatever work out you are doing today! I will be doing some core work and back stretching, and adding on a kickboxing/jump rope routine for extra credit! Sounds like fun to me! How about you?
And let's hear it for the food! It's all about the pizza for me! Because I can't say Friday without pizza! It's a nice constant to have :) ..Ah, but what are the tastes in your day? Serve up some flavors!
