I'm returning to working from home, and I'm trying to use the time saved from not commuting to work out for longer. I've done FB Blend and a couple of FB+ Challenges, and now I'm thinking of doing either FB Fit or FB Fit 2 since they seem to be the longest. I like HIIT and strength training the best.
Does anyone recommend one over the other? Or is there another longer one that I'm missing?
