training without using the right foot?

Dear FB Family,

I will have a surgery on the right foot and won't be able to use it properly at least for 2-3 months. Since I am suffering on cronic depressions and use sports for brightening my mood and have some body image issues, too, I am afraid to to get mental problems in this time. I am planning to participate a MBSR course, but I also want to try to "do what I can" sportswise.

I would really appreciate some helpful advices and recommendations for workouts, that don't use the legs a lot (esp. Cardio). Also if you can recommend an online course or book that is using MBSR for bettering the body image and the eating habits, I was very greatful.
