FB Fit Round 2 Complete!

Finished the last day of FitR2 this morning with the PFT. It was a hard programme but I really enjoyed it and I'm so glad I pushed myself.

Results of the PFT:

12th October:

Mile: 11:08

Push-ups: 14 half

Squats: 8 with 18lbs per hand

Plank: 42 seconds

Sit and reach: +7cm

4th December:

Mile: 11:21

Push-ups: 18 half

Squats: 10 with 18lbs per hand

Plank: 1 minute

Sit and reach: +8cm

I'm really happy with my results. The mile I'm slightly disappointed with, but my asthma really affects my breathing in cold weather - which it is this morning. Otherwise I felt I could have pushed myself further.

Not sure what I'm going to do next but I think I'll have a break from the hour long routines! They've increased my endurance but sometimes it's hard to make time for them :D
