First early morning workout complete

Hi everyone,

I made up my mind about building a habit of working out first thing in the morning. The getting up part wasnt so bad, I had a good sleep. Everything was set the night before (notebook, mat, weights) so that felt encouraging to see in the morning. Today I completed Fundamentals challenge upper body workout for good posture. I even added small weights and it did the trick.

Im still feeling a little weak in the morning though and I got pretty tired after the workout as I havent eaten beforehand but had a banana right after. Does this get better with time? I know its only a first time in my case and I need to get my body to recognize the time I am active but still. :)

I will continue the Fundamentals challenge, and maybe later the new 20 challenge to get it done in the morning before I try something longer and more intense.

So the journey of morning workouts began!
