Alternating Reach with another program

Has anyone ever tried alternating one week of Reach with one week of another program?

I want to do Reach, but there’s a part of me that’s afraid of losing some hard-earned muscle during that full 4 weeks. At the time that I do it, I will just have completed both Booty and Flex.

So I had this idea, to do week 1 of Reach, then week 1 of another program (like 30 or Blend), then week 2 of Reach, etc.

I think it might be nice, to alternate intensity, for 8 weeks. But I’m just wondering if anyone here has done similarly?
