I'm wondering if Reach would be appropriate for my 75 year-old mom. She is in pretty good shape from walking a lot, but she is not very flexible and never has been. Would this program be ok for a true beginner? For example, she isn't able to do a traditional standing quad stretch because her legs are too tight. With modifications if needed, would this program work for her?
Reach for older people?
Hi all,
I'm wondering if Reach would be appropriate for my 75 year-old mom. She is in pretty good shape from walking a lot, but she is not very flexible and never has been. Would this program be ok for a true beginner? For example, she isn't able to do a traditional standing quad stretch because her legs are too tight. With modifications if needed, would this program work for her?
Thanks!
