Back in the groove

Quite literally with todays workout as I did some dancing!!!! I've been in a rough patch with motivation as things have been a bit stressful with college and workouts really weren't my cup of tea during that time. I've lost a little bit of strength everywhere due to this and I was REALLY feeling my legs burn during the dancing oh my gosh!!!! I decided on dancing because it's fun and puts me in a good mood so I thought it would be a great way to start off the week. I'm only doing to do 3 workouts this week because I feel like that would be enough for me to become more motivated instead of 5 workouts.
