After years of not working out, I finally started back up again today! Just completed Week 1/Day 1 of FB Mass.
For those who have tried FB Mass and are currently doing FB Strong, which one do you like better? I'm interested in FB Strong but since I already have FB Mass, I don't want to buy something else that's basically the same thing.
