Cutting down workouts to 3-4 per week instead of 5/6
Just wondering if you guys thinks it’s equally effective. I’ve tried these programs before and l I don’t really stick to it if I have to do 5/6 days. But notice 3/4 days I look forward to my workouts and actually complete them.
Overall I’m just trying to be fit and lose a few inches and lbs. I eat moderately healthy. And honestly I feel a difference already and I’m on my fourth week. I just feel bad not following the program verbatim.
