Oh, how lucky was I today. We got half-day off work as management needed extra space. And with no assignments to work on from home. 🙂 So, what I did first? No, not sleeping. I ate a proper meal 🤤 and then I took a nap – power nap to be precise.
As we speak, I’m preparing myself for Day2 of Abs2. Afterward, some sweat snack is in order. In the evening I will go to the swimming pool. Probably gonna take a walk outside as well.😊
I must admit, I do not remember much about Abs2, except that I enjoyed many strength training routines. I’m in love with strength training and Strong is remaining my No 1 Program. 💪 You know, I’m still dreaming about purchasing Mass. What Program is on your wish-list?
How’s your day looking? Resting or trying to burn some calories? And when talking about burning, we need to talk about fueling as well. So, do share today’s menu. 😉
I have made only one change diet-wise this year and it was quitting chips. I still enjoy it on movie nights, of course. Now, I’m making another one, and that is quitting soft sodas. I’ll allow myself to drink them only when eating out, as it’s part of the experience for me. Bloating and gas-pass are results of way too much sugar, and since I’m a choco-addict, this was the only solution. 😇
