Hey hey there everybody! How's it Tuesdaying for ya? ..Weather wise, it was a really pretty day yesterday. With those classic beautiful blue skies and nice temps, it was simply gorgeous and I thought maybe I will once again transplant some of that here, this time the contrast being one of my pecan trees that has done lost most of it's leaves for the winter ahead. But also because of the confusing warmer weather we have, it has put out fresh baby leaves as well, seen near center of the pic.
Okay, so; workouts and food, food and workouts. How does that taste and feel like today? ..Day 40 something of Fit2 and it be an upper body strength day, bored easily style. Pretty straight forward; just pick heavy (or light, or no) things up and move said things (or body) from point A to B, repeatedly to get those muscles torched and on their way to stronger pastures. Something like that. Do tell what your strong is today from your workout to a non scale victory! Or something else that makes you feel and prove you are strong.
And of course give us the full course in your meals! What's cooking and sizzlin in the kitchen, Blenders? Make it real and make it real good! My food is involving sweet potatoes. I suppose I'll start with that and expand from there😂
